The same principle used in ordinary refrigerated cabinets, commercial refrigerated cabinets is the use of the compressor will be liquid refrigerant compressed into high temperature and high pressure gaseous refrigerant, and then sent to the condenser to dissipate the heat to become low temperature and high pressure liquid refrigerant, so the condenser blowing out is hot air. Then to the throttle device (generally use capillary tube) throttling pressure, into the evaporator, due to the refrigerant from the capillary tube to reach the evaporator after the sudden increase in space, the pressure decreases, the liquid refrigerant will be vaporized into a gaseous low-temperature refrigerant, thus absorbing a large amount of heat, the evaporator will become cooler, the use of direct cooling or air-cooled, to achieve the cabinet cooling.
Precautions for use
The freezers use 220V/50Hz AC power supply. If the power supply conditions do not meet the AC 220V/50Hz (187-242V), an automatic voltage regulator of more than 1000W must be installed for use. Must use independent special socket and reliable grounding. The power cord of the freezer is equipped with a (grounding) plug that meets the standard three-wire (grounding) socket. Under no circumstances should the third (grounding) prong of the power cord be cut or removed.
